What the plugin does
Newsletters, without a third-party tool.
No Mailchimp, no CleverReach, no data exports: sending runs entirely inside Shopware, on your own customer data, with your own AI account. Privacy-friendly, because the data never leaves your shop.
Insert products & categories
Build the newsletter as HTML and pull in individual products or whole categories from the catalog - image, name and price come from Shopware.
Precise selection
Filter customers or newsletter subscribers by sales channel, customer group, country, ordering behaviour and more - with a live recipient count before you send.
Opens & clicks
Opens via a tracking pixel, clicks via link rewriting - including per-link statistics. You see what resonates.
Sending via cron
A scheduled task and a console command send the newsletter on a timer in the background - no open backend required.
Salutation & name
Salutation, first and last name are inserted per recipient. Every mail feels personal, not like a mass blast.
Pin-point targeting
You decide who gets the newsletter.
Instead of blasting everyone, you filter the audience straight from Shopware data. The matching recipient count is calculated live before you send.

Group & country
Narrow down by sales channel, customer group and country - for example only B2B customers from Germany.
Ordering behaviour
Filter by registration period, last order date, minimum order value or “has ordered / never ordered”.

Optionally address only recipients with an active newsletter consent.

AI is a tool, not a requirement: write every word yourself or have subject lines and paragraphs suggested. Access runs through your own AI account.

Pick the provider in the admin, store your API key and model. OpenAI-compatible providers can be added via a custom base URL.

Unsubscribe
Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link and a List-Unsubscribe header - recipients can opt out with one click.

Technical details
Cleanly integrated into Shopware.
Sending uses the Shopware mailer, dedicated data models for mails and recipients, and a scheduled task following Shopware conventions.

Scheduled task
A scheduled task (minimum five-minute interval) plus a console command send in the background - ideal for cron jobs.
Rate limiting
Sending is capped at mails per minute and runs in batches - protecting mail servers and reputation.
Own data models
Newsletters and recipients live in their own tables, cleanly separated from the rest of the shop.
Sender configurable
Sender address and name are resolved per newsletter - matching the sales channel.

You buy the licence directly from us and get an invoice from us. Install by upload in the admin without SSH, updates through our licensing platform, support straight from the developer.
In preparation
The plugin will be listed in the official Shopware Community Store. Installation and automatic updates then run through the plugin manager, billing through your Shopware account. We will link it here as soon as it is live.
